TUJUAN KEGIATAN

Tujuan diadakannya Secretary Contest ini adalah:

1. Agar mampu menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen waktu secara efektif dan efisien.

2. Memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta mengenai standar kinerja sekretaris yang sesuai dengan tuntutan globalisasi

3.Membekali peserta dengan teknik-teknik dan cara-cara yang efektif dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari

4. Membangun motivasi kerja dan meningkatkan integritas sekretaris

Ketentuan Tambahan

1. SMK/Perguruan Tinggi berhak mengirimkan peserta maksimal 10 orang dan 2 pendamping.

2. Peserta diwajibkan memakai “Seragam Sekolah (putih abu-abu) atau memakai seragam identitas sekolah masing-masing pada hari Selasa,05 April 2011. Dan jika lolos masuk ke grand final memakai busana kerja,sepatu hak tinggi/vantofel.

3. Pada saat lomba dimohon membawa flasdick atau penyimpanan data lainnya (jika nanti dibutuhkan).

4. Ketentuan yang lain mengenai perlombaan akan dijelaskan lebih lanjut pada saat hari pelaksanaan.
